Our Playbook · Field Guide Edition

We figured it out.
So you do not have to.

The other pages on this site explain what AI is, what each tool does, and what it costs. This page is different. This is what we actually do. The plays we run, the stack we use, and the setup we put in place for our own clients. Steal what is useful. Skip what is not. And if reading about it feels less appealing than just having it work, scroll to the bottom and we will install the whole thing for you.

five

Five moves that turn every conversation into momentum.

Move 01

Capture every face, every name, every word.

If it lives in your head, it leaks. Snap the business card. Record the voice note. Save the email signature. The first rule of AI lead gen is feed the system or stop complaining about your pipeline.

Hint. Use on-device capture so you stay in control. Cloud OCR is fast, but private capture is what builds buyer trust.
Move 02

Remember the story, not just the name.

Names are cheap. Stories close deals. Track the kid going off to college, the side project, the renovation, the conference where you met. Context is the unfair advantage your CRM forgot to build.

Hint. A living timeline per contact beats a static record every time. Photos, voice notes, and meeting recaps make you sound like you actually listened, because you did.
Move 03

Let AI draft. You approve.

Stop writing follow ups from a cold start. Let AI propose the message based on what you actually said, then tune the tone in 30 seconds. Eight out of ten times you ship it as written.

Hint. Prompt with your last interaction plus the outcome you want. Specificity is the difference between magic and slop.
Move 04

Follow up on time. Every time.

The single biggest reason deals die is silence. Set the cadence, let the system nudge you, and treat the follow up like a recurring meeting with revenue.

Hint. Tier your leads. New, warm, in proposal, nurture. Different stages need different cadences. AI can sort them for you faster than you can read this hint.
Move 05

Automate the boring half of selling.

Filing, renaming, prepping briefs, formatting decks, pulling data from emails. None of it closes deals. All of it eats your day. Hand it to AI and reclaim the hours where you actually sell.

Hint. Pick one workflow this week. File organization is the easiest win. You will feel the time come back inside three days.
Bonus move

Make privacy your edge.

Buyers are paying attention to where their data lives. On-device AI is not just faster and cheaper, it is a story you can tell on the call. You handle their context with care. That earns trust.

Hint. Lead with privacy on the discovery call. Watch the energy shift.
